Qualifications

• Experience in US Healthcare domain (Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits).
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on SQL expertise.
• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Certification in Business Analyst.
• BE/BTech or MBA required; Business Analyst Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work with stakeholders, SMEs and technology teams to define data requirements and mappings.
• Perform data discovery, querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of large datasets.
• Document functional requirements, data definitions, lineage, and business rules for analytics and reporting.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to KPIs.
