Responsibilities

• Documentation and Governance - Produce high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with governance templates and change control.
• Lead Requirements Elicitation - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagements to document requirements.
• Define and Maintain Business Processes - Develop As-Is and To-Be process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Backlog and Scope Management - Define requirements, acceptance criteria, epics, features, and user stories.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance and Traceability - Create traceability matrices and support testing teams.
• Continuous Improvement - Promote reuse of processes and refine BA standards.
• Project Support - Participate in stand-ups, grooming, and sprint planning; assist with reporting and risk tracking.
• Solution Validation - Collaborate with designers and developers; support UAT and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive Business Value - Align analysis activities with strategic objectives and measurable value.
