Job summary

Emapta seeks a Senior IT Audit & Cybersecurity Consultant to own engagements from scoping and planning through fieldwork, reporting, remediation recommendations, and closure. You will apply IT audit, cybersecurity, technology risk, and business resilience expertise to guide clients toward stronger controls and defensible risk decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing end-to-end client engagements, from scoping through closure.
• Strong experience leading IT audit, cybersecurity, or technology risk engagements, including team coordination and mentoring.
• Hands-on BCP/DRP experience with ISO 22301 and BS 25999 alignment.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT, cybersecurity, business continuity, and technology risk assessments across applications and infrastructure.
• Perform risk-based IT and cyber audits to evaluate internal controls and resilience.
• Lead audit fieldwork, document findings, and prepare reports with remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate multiple consulting projects, including planning, scheduling, and supervision.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
