The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3 years of external audit experience in a reputable accounting firm
- Strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
- Ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and productivity
- Proactive mindset with the initiative to exceed client expectations and drive continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong alignment with company values and commitment to exceptional client service
Your Daily Tasks
Daily Audit Operations
- Demonstrate the company's core values and maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, prospects, referral sources, and colleagues
- Supervise the local audit team and report team performance and productivity to senior stakeholders
- Achieve productive-hour targets and complete assigned work within agreed timelines
- Follow up on and resolve queries related to assigned audit engagements
- Coordinate audit schedules with managers and support engagement planning
- Plan and prepare audit approaches with clients, managers, and partners as required
- Execute audit procedures in accordance with approved plans and professional standards
- Discuss audit findings with managers or partners and communicate key matters to clients
- Finalize audit files for partner review and resolve all review comments promptly
- Draft audit-related correspondence
- Monitor audit costs against budgeted fees and prepare billings for completed engagements

- Maintain professional communication and collaborative relationships with managers, colleagues, and clients
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
- Apply relevant audit methodologies, processes, and tools while staying current with technical developments
- Make timely decisions, anticipate work requirements, and manage priorities effectively
- Complete delegated work confidently, elevate issues that affect budgets or timelines, and resolve review points efficiently
