Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to manage asset data for Managed Print Services accounts. You will process asset transactions, validate billing, generate preliminary invoices, and support reports while ensuring data integrity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, use Siebel, SAP, BI tools, and Excel to resolve asset and billing issues, monitor meter reads, and drive timely account deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with asset management, billing, data analysis, and reporting is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage MADC asset transactions in Siebel to support timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
• Generate BOXI reports and analyze billing trends for account-level validation.
• Create preliminary invoices and build complete billing reports.
• Process and resolve tickets from internal teams, customers, and stakeholders within timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to ensure invoice timeliness.
• Validate MADC transactions prior to billing periods and monitor asset meter reads.
• Utilize WW AFUR, BI tools, and analytics to resolve asset and billing issues.
• Load devices to customer accounts following asset acceptance processes.
• Analyze data across worksheets using Excel functions and pivot tables.
• Maintain asset data accuracy and governance per MPS contracts.
