Job summary

ERNI is seeking a Lead Adoption Manager in Metro Manila to shape and execute adoption and change management strategies within IT initiatives. The role requires coordinating with ITD and business stakeholders, mentoring teams, and driving adoption metrics across multiple projects.

You will operate in a hybrid setup (RTO 3x, WFH 2x) with opportunities for training and certifications, supporting ERNI's international projects from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management within IT or software projects.
• Strong collaboration with product owners and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess how digital changes impact people.
• Prepare a change management approach and map impacted groups.
• Create an ACM plan with training, communications and adoption metrics.
• Lead the implementation of the ACM strategy.
• Mentor other adoption managers and learning experts.
• Report ACM progress and challenges.
