Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. Cebu-based IoT R&D team seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy and maintain embedded software for IoT/Smart valve solutions, with hardware and cloud integration.

You will lead an on-site team, apply SDLC best practices, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and demonstrate strong C/C++, ARM/STM32 MCU, RTOS, and hardware-debug skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Extensive embedded software design experience and SDLC knowledge.
Strong programming in C/C++ for embedded systems.
Hands-on RTOS experience (Linux/FreeRTOS) and debugging tools.
MCU architectures (ARM/STM32) and peripherals like GPIO/I2C/SPI/UART.
Hardware interfacing, board bring-up and prototyping with PCBA.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy and maintain embedded software for IoT/Smart valve solutions. It also includes integration with Hardware and Cloud features.
Collaborate with hardware team to design PCBA test jig and production test procedures.
Develop solutions using an agile delivery method.
Work with cross-functional teams to meet project targets on time, cost and quality.
Lead the on-site team and people management.
