About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior IO Engineering Analyst to support enterprise endpoint management, Windows infrastructure, patch management, and vulnerability remediation using Tanium and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Windows server infrastructure, Citrix, and endpoint-related incidents.
- Administer and manage enterprise endpoint deployments using Tanium Deploy, SCCM/MECM, PDQ, or similar deployment tools.
- Plan, schedule, test, deploy, and validate Windows and Linux security patches using Tanium Patch.
- Maintain patch baselines, deployment profiles, and endpoint compliance.
- Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation using Tanium Discover, Comply, and Reveal.
- Analyze vulnerability reports, prioritize remediation activities, and coordinate with application owners.
- Monitor patch compliance dashboards and prepare operational and compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, endpoint communication issues, and operating system performance concerns.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and group memberships as required.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to continuously improve endpoint security and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Windows infrastructure, endpoint management, or patch management.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Tanium experience, particularly with the Patch module.
- At least 3 years of experience with enterprise patch management tools such as SCCM/MECM, WSUS, PDQ, BigFix, HPSA/MFSA, or similar.
- Experience with end‑to‑end patch deployment and vulnerability remediation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, operating system patching, and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with Tanium Comply, vulnerability scanning, and security best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, and storage.
- Experience with Active Directory administration.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing systems.
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
