Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is looking for an Investor Relations professional to manage communications with investors and shareholders, review reports, draft materials, and support investor engagement activities.

You will participate in investor meetings, prepare presentation materials, monitor share price movements, and assist in the preparation of annual and sustainability reports. A Finance or Economics degree with 2–5 years IR experience and strong English/MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance, Economics, or a related course.
• 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review daily investor relations news reports and identify improvements for relevance.
• Review monthly operations reports and draft Investor Relations' Quarterly Briefing script and press release.
• Draft responses to investors' queries.

About the role

An Investor Relations role responsible for managing communications between the company and its investors and shareholders, including reviewing reports, drafting materials, and supporting investor engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily investor relations news reports and regularly identify improvements to ensure relevance

• Review businesses' monthly operations reports and draft Investor Relations' Quarterly Briefing script and press release

• Draft responses to investors/shareholders' queries

• Assist in the preparation and review of annual reports, sustainability reports, and other analysis reports requested by management

• Join investor meetings

• Assist in the preparation of investor presentation materials

• Monitor share price movements and prepare an analysis report

About you

• Graduate of Finance, Economics, or a related course

• At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in Investor Relations

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Knowledgeable in using different Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
