Job summary
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Finance/ Economics graduate with 2–5 years of Investor Relations experience. Strong English communication and a pleasant personality are required, along with solid MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
The role involves reviewing IR news and operations reports, drafting briefing scripts and press releases, responding to investors, and supporting annual and sustainability report preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Finance, Economics, or a related course.
- With at least 2 to 5 years of work experience in Investor Relations.
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- With a pleasing personality.
- Knowledgeable in using different Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
Responsibilities
- Review daily investor relations news reports and regularly identify improvements to ensure relevance.
- Review businesses' monthly operations reports and draft Investor Relations' Quarterly Briefing script and press release.
- Draft responses to investors/shareholders' queries.
- Assist in the preparation and review of annual reports, sustainability reports, and other analysis reports requested by management.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentation materials.
- Monitor share price movements and prepare an analysis report.
