A7 Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Investment Banking professional to lead client coverage and originate mandates within the Philippine market. The role requires strong relationships with C-suite executives and a deep understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and deal structuring across debt and equity products.

You will direct origination, pricing, and execution across M&A, financial advisory, DCM, and ECM while mentoring analysts and associates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong client-facing experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or equity research is valued.
• Proven ability to originate and close deals across M&A, DCM, and ECM.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary coverage officer with senior client relationships and convert into mandates.
• Lead origination and execution across M&A, financial advisory, DCM, and ECM.
• Prepare pitches, information memoranda, fairness opinions, and term sheets.
