SB Capital Investment Corporation, the investment banking arm of Security Bank, is seeking a senior leader for the Deal Execution Team Head role in Makati. The role involves origination, deal structuring, management, and client relationship responsibilities across equity, debt underwriting, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Specializes in Banking and Financial services, Corporate Finance/Investment, Sales-Financial Services.
• Requires understanding of SB Capital’s products and related regulatory considerations.
• Ability to originate and structure deals in coordination with senior officers.
• Awareness of current equity, debt markets, M&A activity and regulatory changes.
• CPA, CFA, or SEC license desirable but not required.
• Effective marketing, sales, and negotiating skills.
• Able to originate and execute investment banking transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead origination pitches and manage execution of investment banking deals.
• Coordinate with Banking Relationship Manager partners for key accounts.
• Direct deal structuring, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Maintain relationships with clients, other investment houses, and regulators.
• Ensure timely completion of equity/debt underwriting, project finance, M&A and advisory projects.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and coordinate with deal teams.
