Qualifications

• Senior or Lead-level experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in presenting reports and data to executives and Board members.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in accounting is welcome but not required.
• CPA license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal reviews and audit activities across various departments and processes.
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and supporting documentation in a clear and professional manner.
• Present observations, recommendations, and reports to management and/or the Board of Directors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company information.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding audit concerns and corrective actions.
