Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Integration Developer Manager to lead teams and engagements, optimize supply chain operations, and deliver end‑to‑end visibility across client networks. You will guide technology and data analytics, manage budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

In this role, you will mentor junior staff, partner with leadership to drive client value, and oversee integrations across Oracle, SAP, and third‑party platforms using modern middleware tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Leading development and execution of supply chain optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase responsiveness and reduce costs.
• Managing client engagements by overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
• Utilizing supply chain management software to improve end-to-end visibility and collaboration within client networks.
• Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create agile and connected supply chain networks.
• Collaborating with clients to develop operational strategies that drive business performance and streamline processes.
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Leading the design and delivery of integration solutions across Oracle, SAP, and third-party platforms.
• Driving integration development, configuration, and support using Oracle Integration, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar middleware technologies.
• Establishing API integration standards and ensuring security through OAuth, tokens, certificates, and other best practices.
