Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Integration Developer Manager to lead teams and engagements, optimize supply chain operations, and deliver end‑to‑end visibility across client networks. You will guide technology and data analytics, manage budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

In this role, you will mentor junior staff, partner with leadership to drive client value, and oversee integrations across Oracle, SAP, and third‑party platforms using modern middleware tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

As an Integration Developer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end‑to‑end visibility and collaboration within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be instrumental in creating a connected and agile supply chain network.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. What You Must Have
