Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Integration Developer Manager to lead supply chain optimization initiatives, oversee client engagements, and guide teams across Oracle, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and other middleware technologies. You will drive improvements that reduce costs and increase responsiveness, partnering with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality delivery while building an agile, data-driven supply

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 7 to 11 years of experience.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

Leading the development and execution of supply chain optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase responsiveness and reduce costs.
Managing client engagements by overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations.
Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
Utilizing supply chain management software to improve end-to-end visibility and collaboration within client networks.
