Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Advertising agency experience required.
• 5–8 years in marketing, with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Experience in CX, customer journey mapping, and engagement strategies.
• Experience across multiple marketing channels in fast-paced growth environments.
• Strong market research, consumer behavior analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven brand management experience and leadership of teams and agencies.
• Ability to manage budgets and measure ROI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social, email, content, CRM, and paid ads.
• Design and manage market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Translate insights into targeted marketing strategies and CX improvements.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across touchpoints.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Measure KPIs, ROI, CAC, engagement, and sales performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team; manage cross-functional relationships.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and stakeholder relationships.
