Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance regulatory compliance or related fields.
• Experience researching regulatory requirements and translating them into actionable items.
• Experience managing trackers, deadlines, and multi-step processes.
• Property and Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. regulatory requirements, NAIC filings, and licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compliance tracking and follow-up with calendars, logs, and documentation.
• Regulatory research and analysis of requirements with clear next steps.
• Filing and licensing support for certificates of authority, licenses, and renewals.
• Documentation and file organization for audits and reviews.
• Issue spotting and escalation to senior leadership as needed.
• Process improvement of workflows, checklists, and documentation standards.
• Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Operations, Claims, IT, and counsel.
