Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an IT Software Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise insurance software solutions, overseeing the full lifecycle from initiation through post-production support.

The role coordinates customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and technical resources to ensure on-time, on-budget results that meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale software deployments and system integrations.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for insurance software platforms, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate software configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment and production support for insurance solutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, driving resolution of escalations and conflicting priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, developers, QA, data migration, and cloud engineers.
