Job summary

You will translate complex processes into scalable digital and live training across eLearning, ILT, job aids, and blended formats, collaborating with program managers, learning operations, and technology teams to align with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, enablement, learning development, or a similar role.
• Strong instructional design capability with translating complex concepts into clear, practical learning across multiple modalities.
• Experience designing digital learning solutions using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond.
• Strong consultative, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and risk identification.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly.
• Experience supporting onboarding or ongoing enablement for customer-facing teams in a global organization.
• Experience in SaaS, consulting, HCM, or other tech environments with learning tied to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learner needs and performance outcomes.
• Drive discovery conversations and gather information to build enablement solutions.
• Translate complex processes into engaging learner experiences.
• Design scalable learning across eLearning, ILT, job aids, assessments, workflow-based learning, and blended solutions.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Technology Enablement to align with goals and AI-enabled tools.
• Facilitate onboarding or enablement sessions for live delivery.
• Gather feedback and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current on instructional design trends and AI-enabled workflows.
• Complete administrative tasks and required communications on time.
• Perform other duties to support Dayforce goals.
