Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/related field.

Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Lead development of business, customer, market, and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
Translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and business narratives.
Develop and monitor reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage research and analytics projects from data gathering to presentation of findings.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and relevance of reports and insights.
Identify opportunities to improve data-driven processes and tools.
Mentor team members and ensure effective delivery of analytics initiatives.
