Job summary

Maya Bank is seeking a Senior Insights & Enablement Analyst to act as the analytical gatekeeper for product launches and scaling. The role focuses on securing data integrity at ingestion, building monitoring frameworks, and turning complex data into actionable operational intelligence to safeguard stability and enable growth.

You will collaborate with operations, product, and launch teams, develop automated dashboards using Tableau and Databricks, write robust SQL queries, and advance reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in data handling, SQL, Excel and business report creation.
• Background in data mining, analysis, investigation, product triage, or post-launch tracking.
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain launch-related data from multiple databases and tracking lists.
• Build and optimize SQL queries to monitor new user flows, launch metrics, and operational performance.
• Create automated dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses using Tableau, Databricks, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Analyze post-launch issues, performance gaps, bugs, and bottlenecks to identify root causes.
• Partner with operations, customer support, product, and launch stakeholders to gather reporting needs and improve workflows.

The core mandate is to secure data integrity at ingestion, build critical monitoring frameworks, and convert complex data into clear operational strategies. By proactively diagnosing post-launch bottlenecks, this role transforms raw data into actionable intelligence safeguarding operational stability, protecting frontline teams, and empowering the business to scale with confidence.

What you will do:

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain launch-related data from multiple databases and tracking lists.
• Build and optimize SQL queries to monitor new user flows, launch metrics, and operational performance.
• Create automated dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses using Tableau, Databricks, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Analyze post-launch issues, performance gaps, bugs, and operational bottlenecks to identify root causes.
• Partner with operations, customer support, product, and launch stakeholders to gather reporting needs and improve workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and enablement strategies for new product rollouts.

What we are looking for:

• Strong SQL skills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, crosstabs, formulas, and data validation.
• At least 3 years of experience in data handling, SQL, Excel, and business report creation.
• Background in data mining, analysis, investigation, product triage, or post-launch tracking.
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or technology is highly preferred.
