This is a hands-on engineering role focused on platform architecture, automation, reliability, modernization, and emerging AI capabilities — not primarily ticket-based administration.

- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management.
- Engineer and support Exchange Online, Windows Server, Enterprise PKI, and enterprise DNS services.
- Contribute to the modernization of on-premises infrastructure toward cloud-based services.
- Develop and maintain production-grade automation, primarily using PowerShell, to reduce manual operational effort.
- Build automated monitoring, remediation, and operational workflows to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to apply Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and AI agents to infrastructure operations and engineering productivity.
- Apply an SRE mindset to improve reliability, resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform issues and address recurring problems through engineering and automation.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of significant infrastructure and Microsoft 365 initiatives, from architecture and design through implementation.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, application, cloud, network, business, and senior leadership teams.

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise automation in production environments.
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
