• Negotiate subcontract terms, pricing, scope alignment, and contractual conditions
• Ensure subcontract agreements align with main contract obligations and project risk profile
• Administer all subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor subcontractor performance against scope, programme, quality, and safety requirements
• Manage subcontract variations, claims, instructions, and contractual correspondence
• Certify subcontractor interim payments in coordination with quantity surveyors and project controls
• Ensure compliance with subcontract terms, conditions, and reporting requirements

ACCIONA Construction is looking for a Subcontracts Manager to be based in the Philippines. The role will be key to ensuring the proper management, administration and coordination of project subcontracts, in line with contractual requirements, project needs, budget, schedule, quality standards and operational requirements.

Job Description

The Subcontracts Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of all subcontract packages, from procurement and award through to final account close-out. The role involves negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring subcontract agreements align with the main contract requirements and project risk profile. Once awarded, the Subcontracts Manager administers contracts by monitoring performance, progress, cost, quality, and safety compliance, while managing variations, claims, payments, and contractual correspondence.
