Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Information Security Infrastructure Engineer to join the InfoSec - Security Architecture team. You will own the end-to-end telemetry pipeline, ingesting security data into Elasticsearch and maintaining healthy clusters across a cloud-native stack.

The role requires production experience with Elastic/Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Terraform, and API integrations, plus DoD IL4 eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience running Elastic/Elasticsearch in production.
• Experience with AI-powered development and operations while owning outcomes.
• DoD IL4 eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Ingest security telemetry into Elasticsearch and keep clusters healthy.
• Maintain Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes and manage capacity.
• Manage ILM and cross-cluster search.
• Use Terraform to manage cloud infra and Elasticsearch resources.
• Deploy ingest jobs with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and dashboards for monitoring and investigations.
