Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an End-to-End IMS Expert to own IMS domains across Ericsson platforms, including design, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting. You'll collaborate with L2/L3 teams, vendors and customer stakeholders to ensure stability, performance and security.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Ericsson IMS nodes and cloud-native deployments, with a focus on incident management, change control and knowledge transfer to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in IMS operations, engineering or managed services.
• Strong expertise with Ericsson core network environments.
• Familiarity with CSCF, MTAS, SBG, UDM, ENUM, and related IMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical ownership of IMS networks across Ericsson platforms.
• Perform configuration, upgrades, updates and redeployment activities for incident resolution or changes.
• Handle incident, problem and change management including TT, CR and AT reviews.
• Act as expert support for complex network issues impacting data and voice services.
• Ensure compliance with MSTOP processes and operational governance.
• Implement security policies, access controls and audits across nodes.
• Participate in RCA and preventive actions to improve stability.
• Support managed service handover, knowledge transfer and shadowing for operations teams.
• Contribute to SOPs, runbooks and operational procedures.
• Engage in architecture reviews and optimization to enhance performance.
