The role requires strong knowledge of purchasing, supplier coordination, international shipping, customs compliance, documentation, and logistics monitoring.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration and be a Licensed Customs Broker, with 3–5 years’ experience in importation or related fields,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration and licensed customs broker.
• 3–5 years in importation, procurement, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience supervising a team and end-to-end importation processes.
• Strong knowledge of import documents and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full importation process from origin to warehouse delivery.
• Organize and monitor importation documents and shipment records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Ensure timely shipment, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate four Procurement team members.
