A leading importation company is looking for an experienced importation specialist based in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in importation and regulatory compliance, particularly in food products. Responsibilities include managing the entire importation process, handling supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Familiarity with local and international standards is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in importation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience processing documents with government agencies related to food importation.
• Strong coordination skills with suppliers and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end importation workflow, from inquiry to customs clearance.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers for products.
• Maintain an organized digital filing system for import documents.

Skills

Strong knowledge in processing Certificate of Product Registration (CPR)

Familiarity with INCOTERMS

Proficient in landed cost computation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
