Job summary

World Health Organization in Manila is seeking a Technical Officer for Immunization Information Systems to lead the design, implementation and enhancement of electronic immunization registries and related data platforms. You will analyse immunization coverage, manage regional dashboards and support countries with data quality improvements and evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health information management, health informatics and analytics, data science or related field.
• Experience with immunization data systems and data analysis for public health programmes.
• Ability to lead digital immunization information systems implementation and analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for immunization data systems and dashboards.
• Analyse national and subnational immunization data and generate actionable insights.
• Lead data quality assessments and equity analyses to identify zero-dose populations.
• Coordinate regional reporting and support country offices on data use for decision-making.
• Develop tools and trainings for capacity-building in immunization data management.
