Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig is seeking a Senior ICT Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end project requests from sales order to closure, ensuring accurate billing and compliant processes.

You will lead the MNS Operations Analyst team, create project accounts in the accounting system, support project managers, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver timely revenue realization. Candidates should have at least five years of experience and strong SAP knowledge.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of allocated project requests, from sales order and contract setup through ordering, billing, and project closure. It acts as the primary point of contact for order‑related information, ensuring efficient processing and compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate financial, commercial, and billing requirements, supporting customer and stakeholder queries, and liaising with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless post‑sales operations. It also oversees governance, record maintenance, and relationship management to ensure timely and accurate project execution and closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MNS Operations Analyst team
• Create project accounts in the accounting system within SLA and ensure accurate project baseline creation
• Support project managers/coordinators by performing project accounting and administration tasks through the project life cycle
• Manage contract changes, project variations, and project closures
• Create, release, and manage billing milestones
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of contracts to realize revenue
• Own end‑to‑end sales orders: create orders and contracts, monitor progress, and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Provide post‑sales support: coordinate invoicing and credits, create replacement sales orders when needed
• Create any required SAP materials
• Reconcile and produce monthly fixed contracts, working with source data from multiple systems
• Create and bill product and maintenance milestones

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in similar roles
• Working knowledge of Project and Sales Document Module of SAP

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of inter‑relationships between sales, delivery, finance, operations, and customers and the ability to drive results
• Sound knowledge of project accounting principles and ability to understand customer contracts for accurate revenue recognition and on‑time billing
• Strong analytical skills and SAP proficiency to ensure customer billing outcomes are delivered
