Job summary

ABSI in the Philippines seeks an experienced RPG developer to support and enhance IBM i/AS400-based systems. You will develop RPG applications, participate in production support, and ensure batch processes run reliably for high-volume retail environments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in CS/IT/IS/CE, with 5+ years in RPG development, DB2, and system integrations. Retail/domain experience is strongly preferred, and IT service management or other certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RPG application development and production-support experience on IBM i/AS400.
• Experience supporting enterprise, high-volume, batch-oriented applications and system integrations.
• Retail, supermarket, department store, distribution, warehouse, or merchandising-system experience is strongly preferred.
• IBM i, RPG, DB2, retail systems, software development, or IT service management certifications are advantageous.
