The role requires 12+ years IT experience with leadership, hands-on development, and strong cyber security knowledge. Prior CyberArk PAM and cloud exposure are a plus as you drive delivery and excellence.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
- 2+ years in engineering leadership managing offshore/global delivery teams.
- Hands-on application development experience.
- Experience with CyberArk PAM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security and privileged access controls.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous.
- Excellent people and stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to balance hands-on work with leadership and delivery oversight.
- Drive for engineering excellence and coding standards.

As a Senior Lead Engineer - Identity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technical strategy, uplifting engineering standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the platform.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years in an engineering leadership role managing teams in an offshore or global delivery model
- Strong hands-on experience in application development
- Proven experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions is an advantage
- Solid understanding of cyber security principles, privileged access controls, and identity security
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
- Strong people management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and delivery oversight
- Experience driving engineering excellence, coding standards, and continuous improvement within teams.
