Jacobs Projects (PHILIPPINES), INC. seeks a Sr. Primary Design Engineer to provide technical expertise in HV primary engineering for distribution and transmission systems (22kV to 500kV).

You will lead design deliverables, mentor teams, and serve as a trusted adviser to clients across geographies. Responsibilities include delivering primary design packages on time and within budget, coordinating with civil/structural teams, and contributing to proposals while maintaining strong client

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in HV Primary Electrical Engineering for transmission and distribution systems.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as Microstation and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and practices; experience leading engineers and design teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across geographies.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Developing primary engineering deliverables including substation layout design, clearances, short circuit force calculations, lighting calculations, and earthing.
• Fulfilling the role of Lead Engineer for projects within defined packages, delivering on time and budget.
• Providing technical direction to design teams, including engineers in our Global Delivery Centres; interact with and support other disciplines.
• Managing and undertaking technical reviews of deliverables.
• Attending and participating in project and client meetings.
• Contributing to proposal preparation, scope development, pricing, and occasionally lead proposal coordination.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted adviser.
