Job summary

Legend of Ice Recruitment & Services Incorporated is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to oversee all HR functions and align HR strategies with organizational goals. You will lead the HR team and partner with management and staff to ensure effective policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, plus 3 years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) preferred
• 3 years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retenion programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations
• Handle compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
• Conduct training needs analysis and implement learning and development programs
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics
• Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
• Supervise and mentor HR staff
