Datawords Philippines is seeking a Senior HTML Specialist to develop responsive HTML emails across clients, ensuring pixel-perfect rendering on Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile apps. You will collaborate with designers and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

The role requires strong HTML/CSS, email-safe techniques, and experience in a digital agency environment. Hybrid work arrangement in Makati and Cebu is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HTML email development experience.
• Experience building HTML emails from scratch.
• Experience in a digital agency/production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop HTML email newsletters and marketing emails from provided design files.
• Build responsive, accessible, and cross-client compatible email templates.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and email best practices.
• Optimize email layouts for desktop and mobile.
• Troubleshoot rendering across email clients and devices.
• Apply email-safe HTML/CSS techniques and QA before deployment.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain reusable email components and templates.
• Stay updated with email standards and industry best practices.
• Support process improvements within the Digital Content Team.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
