Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Email Developer 2 (PHL) to design, implement, and optimize complex email campaigns with a focus on HTML/CSS, responsive rendering, and cross-platform compatibility.

You will collaborate with marketing teams to integrate AMP scripting, APIs, and data ingestion to personalize content and improve delivery accuracy while maintaining compliance standards.

A BA/BS degree and 5 years in email development are preferred.

Job Description:

“The Email Developer 2 is responsible for creating and executing complex email campaigns while ensuring adherence to design and compliance standards, enhancing communication efficiency and audience engagement.

Primary Duties:

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and implement sophisticated email templates using HTML and CSS, with a strong focus on responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
• Ensure all email communications comply with industry regulations and standards, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
  Develop and integrate API solutions to enhance email functionality and data flow.
• Utilize audience segmentation and data ingestion techniques to personalize and optimize email content for target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement AMP scripting for dynamic content delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Expertise in HTML and CSS for email development.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design techniques and email compliance protocols.
• Proficiency in API development and data integration.
• Familiarity with AMP script and data ingestion methods.

Job Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field and 5 years of experience in email development, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred requirements include experience with audience segmentation and data management tools. Strongly preferred are the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and effectively collaborate within a team environment.”
