Job summary

This full-time role protects workers and the environment while ensuring regulatory compliance in the Philippines. You will develop HSSE policies, conduct audits and risk assessments, deliver training, maintain records and report performance to management.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Health and Safety or Environmental Management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HSSE and compliance roles
• Knowledge of PH regs and international standards
• Experience in audits, inspections and investigations
• Strong communication and training delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSSE policies across all operational areas
• Conduct health and safety audits, inspections and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and document findings with corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and local regulations
• Coordinate and deliver HSSE training to employees
• Maintain records of HSSE activities and incidents
• Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders on HSSE matters
• Monitor environmental performance and implement minimisation measures
• Develop emergency response and crisis management procedures
• Report HSSE metrics to senior management
