Job summary

The HSE Executive role at Linde Philippines, Inc. is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and performance across the organization.

It ensures compliance with corporate SHEQ standards, local regulations, and global Linde HSE policies while promoting a strong safety culture across operations, projects, logistics activities, and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or environmental/safety science.
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE/SHEQ/EHS or safety management.
• Experience in industrial gases, manufacturing, chemicals, logistics or related industries preferred.
• Experience conducting HSE audits and incident investigations.
• Experience managing multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Certified with DOLE Accredited Safety Officer 2 (SO2).
• BOSH/COSH training certification; First Aid, BLS, CPR certification.
• Internal Auditor (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Defensive Driving Trainer certification (advantageous).
• Willing to work onsite in San Fernando, Cebu.
