Job summary

Linde Philippines, Inc. is seeking a capable HSE Executive to lead health, safety and environmental programs across Luzon, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global Linde policies. The role partners with operations, logistics, and customer sites to strengthen safety culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of HSE experience, including audits and incident investigations. Onsite work in Cavite or Apalit, Pampanga is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, SHEQ, EHS, or safety management
• Experience in industrial gases, manufacturing, chemical processing, logistics, or related industries preferred
• Experience conducting HSE audits and incident investigations
• Experience managing multi-site operations is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite Cavite or Apalit, Pampanga

Job description

• The HSE Executive is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems and performance across Linde Philippines Inc. The role ensures compliance with corporate SHEQ standards, local regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and global Linde HSE policies while promoting a strong safety culture throughout all operations, projects, logistics activities, and customer sites.
• The incumbent serves as the primary HSE representative for Luzon, providing technical guidance, coaching, auditing, incident investigation, and regulatory support to operational teams and management.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, SHEQ, EHS, or safety management.
• Experience in industrial gases, manufacturing, chemical processing, logistics, or related industries preferred.
• Experience conducting HSE audits and incident investigations.
• Experience managing multi-site operations is an advantage
• At least certified with DOLE Accredited Safety Officer 2 (SO2)
• BOSH/ COSH Training Certification
• First Aid, BLS, and CPR Certification
• Internal Auditor (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
• Defensive Driving Trainer certification (advantageous)
