You will partner with the President & CEO, oversee the full employee lifecycle, and drive transformation to build data-informed, tech-enabled HR practices that scale across the organization. The role emphasizes governance, workforce planning, and Philippine labor compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Human Resources, People Operations, or Organization Development with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading an HR team and managing multiple HR disciplines across the lifecycle.
• Proven track record in HR transformation, change management, process improvement, HRIS implementation, scalable practices.
• Strong business acumen; connect people priorities to strategy, operating needs, customer outcomes, and financial realities.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, employee relations, governance, data privacy, and documentation.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team with clear priorities, service standards, and accountability.
• Partner with the President & CEO to translate business direction into an integrated people strategy and executable HR roadmap.
• Lead HR transformation across the employee lifecycle, including process redesign, governance, digitization, and HRIS implementation.
• Own the design and delivery of core HR programs: workforce planning, onboarding, performance, development, rewards, engagement, and offboarding.
• Drive organization effectiveness through role clarity, organization design, capability planning, leadership effectiveness, and change adoption.
• Shape and sustain culture by translating values into leadership practices, talent decisions, and daily work.
