CO Careers in Clark Pampanga is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead daily People Management for the North America division. You will oversee HR operations, employee relations, and lifecycle activities while developing HR Generalists and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Role is on-site with night schedule, coordinating with multiple teams to support payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• Strong hands-on HR Generalist/Operations experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary processes.
• Experience leading HR staff is a plus.

• Monitor workloads, service levels, and people metrics.
• Identify gaps and implement compliant process improvements.
• Escalate high-risk matters to Senior HR Business Partner.

This role will oversee and develop HR Generalists while managing employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily HR operations and manage the workload, performance, and development of HR Generalists.


• Coordinate with the North America Service Delivery Manager and other stakeholders on employee and account-related concerns.


• Handle and oversee employee relations cases, including counseling, investigations, disciplinary actions, administrative hearings, and performance improvement plans.


• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, employee engagement, and other lifecycle processes.


• Coordinate payroll-related concerns, benefits, leave, attendance, statutory requirements, and employee records.


• Ensure accurate and timely HRIS updates, documentation, reporting, and record management.


• Monitor HR workloads, tickets, service levels, and key people metrics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


• Identify process gaps and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Escalate high-risk employee relations, legal, and client-facing concerns to the Senior HR Business Partner.


• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Service Delivery, and other teams to support smooth People Management operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.


• Strong hands-on experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles across multiple HR functions.


• Previous experience leading or supervising HR staff is preferred.


• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, disciplinary processes, statutory benefits, HRIS, and employee documentation.


• Strong leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent communication and employee service skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
