Henkel Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Personnel Administration Specialist to ensure compliant employee lifecycle services in a dynamic shared services environment. You will handle onboarding, contract management, and personnel records, partnering with HR colleagues, managers, and external authorities to deliver accurate documentation and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, HR, or Psychology.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ HR experience with onboarding, contract management, and personnel administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HR.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on fixed term contract, day shift, with hybrid setup in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Execute personnel administration processes accurately and on time.
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation: hiring, changes, terminations, contracts, records.
• Serve as SME for HR processes and tools; provide operational support.
• Maintain productivity and coverage by managing workload priorities.
• Address HR inquiries and tickets within processing timelines.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Support knowledge transfer, process improvements, and cross-training.
