Qualifications

• BS in Psychology or Human Resources required.
• 3–5 years of experience in General HR.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Information systems, Training and Development and Timekeeping is a plus.
