• Experience in healthcare operations leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hospital Operations Strategy and Performance across the hospital operations function.
• Oversee Utilization Management and Medical Necessity Reviews.
• Manage Hospital and Provider Relations with accredited hospitals and physicians.
• Drive Quality, Patient Safety and Clinical Governance.
• Ensure Excellence in Member Experience and timely service delivery.
• Manage Financial Performance and Healthcare Costs and drive cost containment.
• Lead and develop teams across Hospital Operations, Utilization Management, Case Management and Medical Review.
