Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a diversified group in the power distribution sector. The High Voltage Sales Supervisor will lead the Sales Engineering Team, deliver technical proposals, and build strong customer relationships to achieve targets.

The role requires the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, Purchasing, and Operations, while ensuring compliance with pricing policies and technical standards. Nationwide travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• REE is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within electrical/power distribution.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience with high-voltage equipment, power distribution, substations, switchgear or related products.
• Experience with utilities, industrial plants, EPC contractors, consultants, or electrical contractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the High Voltage Sales Engineering Team to meet sales targets.
• Promote high-voltage electrical products and engineered solutions through technical sales and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate specifications.
• Review technical proposals, quotations, bid documents, and project specifications for accuracy.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and project progress; report to Management.
• Represent the company at technical meetings, site visits, and industry events.
