Job summary

B. Rother Renal Care seeks a Head Nurse – Hemodialysis Center to lead nursing operations, clinical management, and patient care quality in our dialysis facility. You will supervise dialysis nurses and technicians, coordinate with nephrologists, and ensure adherence to DOH and PhilHealth standards.

You will drive staff development, infection control, equipment oversight, and regulatory reporting to sustain safe, efficient dialysis services. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License
• Completed a DOH-recognized Hemodialysis Training Program
• Preferably with at least 5 years of dialysis nursing experience including supervisory roles
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and clinical supervision in the dialysis center.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with protocols and DOH/PhilHealth requirements.
• Coordinate with nephrologists and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care.
• Lead staff training, orientation, and competency assessments.
• Maintain infection control, equipment maintenance, inventory, and regulatory documentation.
• Promote patient safety and quality assurance through ongoing assessment and improvement initiatives.
