Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee contact center and leave management operations per IBM policies and SLAs.
• Process HR data, leave requests, and transactions including transfers and changes.
• Manage document indexing, work queues, and distribution for efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation in a 24x5 environment.
• Identify gaps, drive improvements, and maintain process documentation.
