Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers, drive best practices, and own PCB layouts, libraries, and fabrication packages to ensure timely delivery and quality. The role demands deep analog/digital hardware expertise and hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years hardware engineering experience delivering complex products from concept to production.
• Proficiency with EDA tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex high‑performance circuits and systems.
• Design PCB layouts per guidelines and best practices.
• Develop and maintain electronic component libraries, including schematic symbols and PCB land patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Generate and release PCB fabrication packages meeting deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes and tooling.
• Submit monthly accomplishment reports.
• Perform order-related duties as assigned.
