Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a Group Accountant to lead consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting across multiple entities in line with PFRS. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, and at least 5 years in consolidation or audit, with multi-entity experience and strong IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant consolidation, reporting, or audit experience.
• Experience with multi-entity accounts is required.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and Philippine Financial Reporting System and related tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
• Perform intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and consolidation adjustments.
• Review financial reports submitted by business units to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure alignment of accounting policies and treatments across all entities.
• Handle consolidation issues such as foreign currency translation and intercompany variances.
• Prepare supporting schedules and reports for internal and external audit requirements.
• Review and analyze trial balances and financial statements from subsidiaries.
• Maintain and monitor the Group Chart of Accounts (COA) and mapping across entities.
• Prepare Group reporting packages and management reports using Google Sheets.
• Support external and internal audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
