Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
• CPA designation is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of consolidation, reporting, or audit experience.
• Experience handling multi-entity accounts is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting System and tax laws.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite and spreadsheet reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements in line with PFRS.
• Perform intercompany eliminations, reconciliations and adjustments.
• Review subsidiary reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure consistent accounting policies across entities.
• Manage foreign currency translation and intercompany variances.
• Provide schedules and reports for audits and external/internal reviews.
• Analyze trial balances and consolidated financial statements.
• Maintain Group COA and mappings across entities.
• Prepare Group reporting packages and management reports using Google Sheets.
• Support audits by providing schedules and documentation.
